Cannot rave about this place enough!! Must visit! We were a large group of 14 adults with 4 kids aged 1-5 and everything we ate was beyond exceptional. I had the thyme mushrooms with feta and egg and was a table favourite (even for the kiddos!). Without exaggeraion, everything we ordered, from coffees, lunch menu items and cakes were flawless. Special mention to the orange + almond cake & chocolate brownie (which was served warm). The atmosphere, layout and decor is so comfy and beautiful with so much natural light. The owner and cook Gabrielle is lovely and took time to chat with us. The food is sooooo fresh and she knows her way around flavour. Wish I could post a photo but we were enjoying ourselves too much none of us thought to take one!! You'll just have to try and see for yourself, you won't regret. Thanks a bunch for this wonderful experience.

Loch Village Foodstore is set within two gloriously renovated old shopfronts. Decor is charming and quite welcoming on a sultry Summer afternoon. There's loads of choice in tables both outside and inside. On a busy market Sunday about half the tables were full. Ordered the roasted veg sandwich and egg/bacon roll. Roasted 'veg' was sweet potato with olives..not quite what I'd expected for $17.00 (including surcharge). Food menu is quite extensive (maybe too big to keep quality?). Service was helpful.10 percent surcharge on weekends.

We walked in and the place was huge and empty BUT the other cafes that were packed didn’t offer eggs for breakfast. So thought we would risk it. It was actually delightful. The mushrooms had gentle herb flavours and the eggs and sourdough both great. As it turns out we were simply first to eat this morning and it was buzzing as we left

Great little Cafe, we had the ham, cheese, and tomato toasty. $15 but decent size and filling. Nicely spread out tables. They might be quicker taking the order with a second till.? It was a Sunday market day... I will visit again...!

Wednesday wasn’t a good day in Loch, they are more like a weekend town, more business open on the weekend. We had some pei here in the food store, they are bright, space are huge, selling some snack and muesli. Had chicken pie and chicken filo, and pumpkin soup. They are tasting pretty good. One Portion is definitely enough for one adult.

Delicious broccoli toasties that we stopped for on our way to and from the Prom. Great atmosphere and the ladies who run the cafe were lovely to chat to. We’ll see you on our next surf trip!!
